The automotive scene needed us and we were ready! We quit our jobs as project engineers in the automotive industry and fulfilled our dream: the founding of a community startup for our automotive community and the birth of ValueShield.

Our focus is 100% on the needs and requirements of the community, and our products are designed to save you the costs, effort and time of using a vehicle wrapper or workshop, to maintain the value of your vehicle, to protect your vehicle paint from damage and to conceal and repair surfaces on the vehicle.

We ultimately designed our products as complete self-application kits , which include not only the precisely cut foil but also mounting accessories and instructions.

Fabian is the founder and CEO of ValueShield. He holds a degree in engineering and is a scholarship recipient of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and the Beijing Institute of Technology (China). Before founding ValueShield, he worked in the automotive industry and was responsible for innovative technology projects for several years.

We've always enjoyed tinkering with our own vehicles or restoring cars together. During a restoration project in the 2021 lockdown, we had the idea to repair the surfaces of some vehicle parts with foil instead of installing new replacement parts. The result was amazing , and the subsequent response from the car community was equally positive.

We soon received our first inquiries about whether we would also wrap components on other vehicles. We quickly realized that the components and requirements were often similar and that many car owners needed our help .

Over time, we learned a great deal about the very specific properties of the various films and their applications. We were particularly impressed by how extremely easy some films are to work with and how consistently perfect the results were.
